ausage Rolls are a firm favourite amongst many people and there are so many flavours that can be added making it extra special. Every month I will be adding a different flavour to my sausage rolls.
For June I have added fresh homegrown fennel and crushed fennel seeds to the Loughnanes sausage meat. Fennel has a beautiful aniseed flavour which pairs well with pork.
Sold as individual Portions.
Warm in oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes
