My Story

Hi, I'm Emma! After spending several years working based in Dublin at 2 star Michelin restaurant Patrick Guilbaud, followed by a stint as head chef at Two Pups Cafe (2019 Restaurant Association Awards best cafe in Dublin) I have relocated back to my native west of Ireland. 

With Wild Garlic Kitchen, I am drawing from my many years of experience and showcasing the very best of local and seasonal ingredients to create delicious homemade baked good. Produce includes freshly baked savoury and sweet puff pastry, salads, quiche, bread and sweet treats.

Wild Garlic Kitchen Bakery/ Deli is now open from Wednesday to Saturday from 10am until 5pm. The shop is located in Minihanes SuperValu in Gort.
