Chocolate, Salted Caramel, Meringue Cake

This cake is for all the chocolate lovers out there. It is a 3 layered chocolate cake with a thick salted caramel in-between each layer. It is coated in a chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream and then finished with a light layer of Italian meringue that is lightly toasted. 

The perfect occasion cake.

Size: 8" 3 layers

All cakes much be ordered a week in advance and collection is from 12-4 on the pick up day.

To be eaten within 3 days

Store in the fridge and remove an hour before serving
