Between the weather and the amount of beautiful apples we have been given, we can't help it!!
We has created this delicious, seasonal Apple & Chai Cake! It has two layers of madeira cake soaked in our own chai syrup with a sweet and zingy apple jam center.
It is covered in a brown butter Swiss meringue buttercream and topped with a cinnamon crumble. If autumn spices and apples is your vibe you need to try this cake!!
All cakes much be ordered a week in advance and collection is from 12-4 on the pick up day.
To be eaten within 3 days.
Store in the fridge, take out an hour before serving.
