This is a delicious autumn cake with one layer of Madeira Cake with a caramel cream around the edge and filled in the middle with apple jam. It is then decorated with brandy snaps and salted caramel.
A beautiful cake to have over the weekend or for any occasion!
All cakes much be ordered a week in advance and collection is from 12-4 on the pick up day.
To be eaten within 2 days
Store in the fridge and take out a hour before serving
