This months puff is a seasonal squash, spinach and feta puff.
Puff pastry made in house at Wild Garlic Kitchen is carefully rolled and filled with sautéed spinach, roasted crown prince squash and a crumbling of feta. Some Autumnal pumpkin seeds are then add to top .
These puffs are sold for click and collect in twos , perfect to eat alone or pair with one of my seasonal side salads.

Warm in oven at 170 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes
