This Bean stew is made with organic beans including red kidney beans, black eyed beans and cannellini beans. A selections of spring vegetables are also added to this tomatoes based stew. To add extra texture and flavour I have made a spring onion cream and garlic panko breadcrumbs. These can be added to your stew after it is heated up to your liking.
