A slice of my new Plum Loaf Cake is the perfect treat with your Autumn afternoon tea. It is light , moist and the perfect size for sharing !
The cake mix contains vanilla and yogurt making it soft and not overly filling. Locally sourced hand picked juicy plums are added to the cake mix and carefully baked. The cake is then topped with a Rose Italian meringue buttercream !
